"Its mroe than we usually have 5) Membership Report - 47 paid up, out of 83 potential (those less than one year in arrears.) We have had five website applications as well. Of Board Members, only Heather and Andy are in arrears. HINT! Action Item: Douglas will talk to our bank about setting us up for VISA and Mastercard so that we can accept membership and workshop payments by credit card. Barry will check out PayPal. Hal will very soon mail to lapsed members. 6) Newsletter Report - (Barry) Goes to printer this week, with one advertiser. Action Item: Hal and Douglas will get mailing done, and see about pre- printed envelopes. Contact info is below. Barry will send it to Hal in a variety of formats. 8) Current Projects - Trillium: Coming along well, registrations are rolling in, newsletter will advertise them. February, March, April workshops in Peterborough, Windsor, and Toronto. Planning is happening for the next set of workshops next year. Full Moon moves to Quebec, and we expect a very quick response to registration. Chris Brooks and Darren Copeland are the Artists in Residence. Half full, and American spots are fully booked, with requests for a U.S. camp. Action Item: Following FMOK will be the CSIRP Full Board Retreat on Saturday 24 August. The AGM will happen Sunday 25 August at 2 PM Location TBD. Hal and Doug will book AGM space. 9) Website - a beautiful job well done. We are averaging 200 pages served each day. Evolutionary work progresses, as does initial work on the FMOK site. 10) Other Business - Telefilm Canada New Media (Dave) They want edutainment and only provide loans, not grants. Could possibly finance feasability of distribution website. Do market research.
