Call to Order - The meeting was called to order by Hal at 7:19 PM Ontario Time. 2. Agenda - The Agenda was approved, pending changes as we get inspired. 3. Financial Statements: The financial statement is: "No Matter what else happens it's good to have at least $7000." Moneywise we have $7,016.56 in chequing. 4. Membership stats. 54 paid. 3 pending. 5. Newsletter - due out soon. Suggestions: software; internet; recent policy; CBC cutbacks 6. We are now ready to send out Letters to the Editor when CBC announces their next round of cuts. 7. Radiant Dissonance - almost wrapped up. 9. Full Moon Over Killaloe - planning is started, funding has been applied for. 10.Where should CSIRP be in a year? Better contacting CBC freelancers. Generally expanding our membership base. Talking to existing members about what THEY want. Also contacting more Community Radio people. Perhaps an awards program. A far ranging discussion led to many great ideas. 11. Trillium Foundation Application - Victoria has talked to them. They are interested in our idea of training resources for community broadcasters. Victoria to proceeding. 12. Chris suggests we establish ourselves with European radio conferences. Or, even better, attending! Adjourned 8:11 PM Ontario Time.
