1.   Call to Order - The meeting was called to order by Barry at 
8:05 PM Ontario Time, 7:05 PM Manitoba Time.  Idle chit chat 
filled a few minutes.  

2.        Agenda - The Agenda was developed as we proceeded.  

3.        Financial Statement: "Victoria is the Xena Warrior Princess 
of fundraising."  (Barry) There is still roughly $747.65 in the CSIRP 
Bank Account less incorporation fees plus grant monies. 4.        
Incorporation - the papers are in and we await approval.  

5.   Approved:      Canada Council - Full Moon Over Killaloe OAC - 
Full Moon Over Killaloe RMOC - Ottawa Audio Art workshops  

6.   CRTC Review of Campus Radio - The Commission suggests 
that there should be a third party organization to administer a 
Talent development fund. CSIRP obviously supports this concept, 
but would like such a fund be oriented towards radio producers, 
rather than radio stations.  It also should not be tied only to 
campus radio. We should stress that it is spoken word and 
information programming that needs support, not music.  Barry will 
circulate and John H. or maybe Hal will submit.  

7.   Newsletter - Next one for May and the NCRA conference.  We 
have almost run out of Issue 1.  

8.   Web Stuff - Could be so much grander.  Content and structure 
can be improved. Such as:  

- Members area for paid folks

- Pretty up Index Page: About CSIRP; Projects; Members; bio 
updates; sign up form; Newsletters?; Full Moon integrated with 
CSIRP Site.  

John and John to work on this one.  Barry and Victoria can help 
with content.
